Kidnappings, farmers versus herdsmen clashes, in addition to ethnic violence fuelled by political mischief makers. We shall tackle them all.

Finally, dear Nigerians, our collective interest now is to eschew petty differences and come together to face common challenges of; economic security, political evolution and integration as well as lasting peace among all Nigerians. I remain resolutely committed to ensuring that these goals are achieved and maintained. I am so glad to be home.”

North Korea recalls ambassadors to China

North Korea recalls ambassadors to China, Russia and the UN to the country

North Korea has recalled several of its key ambassadors back to the country for a joint meeting in the capital.
The meeting reportedly includes Ambassador Ji Jae-ryong, Ambassador Ja Song-nam and Ambassador Kim Hyong-jun, North Korea's top envoys to China, the United Nations and Russia respectively.
A government official told Yonhap News Agency that:
'North Korea seems to be hosting what appears to be a meeting of foreign diplomatic missions' chiefs after calling its ambassadors to major countries back to Pyongyang'.
The Ministry of Unification's spokesman Baik Tae-hyun said in a press briefing that the meeting may be part of North Korea's regular gathering of ambassadors.
He added:
'North Korea held the 43rd ambassadors' meeting in July 2015 and (the latest meeting) seems to be in line with that'.
However, there are rumors the meeting may be linked with the country's purported preparations for further military actions against the US and Guam, such as nuclear test or more missile launches.

Building collapses in Owerri

Building collapses in
Owerri

A building collapsed at the early hours of Sunday at about 3am at Egbu road just opposite the police station at Fire Service in Owerri. According to reports about 6 people were rescued alive while about 4 people are feared dead. I have videos of were dead bodies are been pulled out.
The governor came around to inspect the Collapsed Building and he directed that the old building beside it with a green roof should be demolished also because it's owned by same owner of the Collapsed Building since that same building has already been marked by OCDA as a building dat wud also collapsed soon. From what I saw, the materials used in constructing the building wasn't upto to standard.
No chippings rather it was local stones that was used. It was also reported that the building was suppose to be 2 storey but was but out of Greed it was made 3 storey. My name is Kelly Bobor incase u want further information.

will resist any plan to re-arrest Nnamdi Kanu

We will resist any plan to re-arrest Nnamdi Kanu — MASSOB

Lately, there's been several calls from different quarters calling for the re-arrest of IPOB leader,Nnamdi Kanu but this weekend, leadership of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra,MASSOB said that it will vehemently resist any attempt or plan by the Buhari-led Federal Government to re-arrest him.
In a statement issued in Abakaliki,Ebonyi State,  leader of MASSOB, Mazi Uchenna Madu, described any action in that direction as an insult and embarrassment to the inalienable rights of Ndigbo, adding  that MASSOB will never relent until the struggle for the emancipation of Ndigbo and Biafra Republic is realised.
The statement reads: “MASSOB warned that any attempts or plan to re arrest Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be thoroughly and massively resisted. We can never tolerate it. It is an insult and embarrassment to our inalienable rights. Now that we know that our consistency and exposure of the hidden truths is dangerously frustrating, disorganising and killing the age-long Hausa Fulani agenda against the people of Biafra, we shall never relent or surrender".
“The leadership of  MASSOB have lambasted the Nigeria Federal Government through her Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazzu,  who declared the intent of the Buhari led government to re-arrest the Biafra leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu whose non violence activities towards Biafra actualization and restoration have never breached, truncated or confronted the fragile and inconsistent constitution of the federation called Nigeria".
“Dambazzu, defended his Hausa Fulani youths of Arewa that threatened the people of Biafra  with an ultimatum of quit notice to vacate Arewa land before October 1, 2017 that the coalition of the  Arewa Youths were misquoted by the  media. These cowards that depended on the middle Beltans for war against Biafrans issued the quit notice which was on video and very clear. Now, the biased Minister of Interior under the Fulani-led Federal Government is trying to subject and subvert the naked truth of the threat by his brothers that they were quoted out of context.
“They are denying a statement they made on video.  They lie without qualms, as if we all are blind. The rest ethnic nationalities in Nigeria are now wiser and mature in regional progressive thought. MASSOB wants them to know that their tablet of divide and rule syndromes against the people of Middle Belt and Eastern Region has expired.”
